1. Overview
CSE Buddy+ (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email), study activity (quiz scores, exam results, flashcard progress), device/app usage, and feedback you submit. We use Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) to operate the App.
3. How we use data
To provide and improve the App, personalize study features, show analytics, prevent abuse, and communicate important service updates.
4. Advertising
The mobile app may show ads through Google AdMob. Google may use device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers (e.g., Google/Firebase) only as needed to run the App and comply with law.
6. Retention & security
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. We use industry-standard security measures; no system is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. To delete your account, use our Delete Account request form or email infievolutiondata@gmail.com. We process verified requests within 30 days.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page.
